1. Kuji purchase is by Ticket(s). Please note Discount Codes cannot be used for this product.
2. You may purchase more than 1 Kuji Ticket in an order, simply enter the amount of Tickets in the Qty.
   
3. Full payment must be made to confirm your draw. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Take note of the draw date mentioned above and tune in to our Twitch Channel at www.twitch.tv/GameAcadSG to watch your draw Live.
5. Draws will be conducted in sequence by Order#.
6. Please be sure to check-out carefully with regards to the shipping methods.
7. If you reside in Singapore, you may self-collect the prizes at our store to save on delivery charges. You may also choose delivery if you are okay with paying the delivery charges. Orders of $50 and above will enjoy free delivery.

For Overseas Customers:

1. Overseas customers must place their orders one day in advance before the day of the draw. Last-minute orders placed during the live-stream will not be fulfilled and pushed to the next following Live-Stream.
2. Shipping Charges will be invoiced to you after the Kuji draw. You may also check with us on various modes of shipping or to ship with future orders to save on shipping costs. For an estimate, 500 grams shipping to the USA costs about $23 - $25 (Singapore Dollars). Please note that items such as Figures will be taken by their volumetric weight, and may cost up to $40 - $50 for Shipping. We advise you to take these into consideration when buying the tickets.
3. A Paypal payment notice will be sent to you after your order is placed. Please kindly note that your order will be void if payment is not made before the Kuji Draw Date. (Additional 5% Paypal Fees will be added)
